SPRING UP TO CAMP 

May 19-21, 2023

 

The Pilgrim Pines Camp board of directors and staff invite you to SPRING UP TO CAMP for a fun weekend on the mountain. We are hosting a smorgasbord of events for you and your family at camp! This weekend retreat will include the following events:

Spring into Service: A work camp for volunteers with many kinds of projects available 

 

Join us May 19th at 7 pm until May 21st at 11 am for a weekend full of work projects to help us prepare for summer camp! This is an opportunity for those who would like to volunteer at camp and provide their time and energy to help get some much needed projects complete. Lodging is free for those who attend the weekend. You may also register to come up for the day on Saturday May 20th (9-4 pm).

 

Meal price for the weekend: $48

Meal price for just Saturday: $12

Spring into Family Fun: A family/pod camp with fun activities for the entire family. 

 

Join us May 19th at 7 pm until May 21st at 11 am for a weekend full of arts + crafts, nature walks, field games, campfires, singing, worship, and more! This is an intergenerational Spring camp for families/pods to come up to camp and enjoy the weekend. You may also register to come up for the day on Saturday May 20th (9-4 pm)  to enjoy various activities, including a live auction and open house!

 

Weekend registration price: $200/adult + $150/children

Saturday registration price:  $25/adult + $15/children

Spring into Giving: A live campership fundraising live auction 

 

We will be hosting an online auction a couple of weeks prior to our Spring Up To Camp weekend retreat. The online auction will end with a live auction at camp! The live auction will take place Saturday May 20th (11-12 pm). More information is coming soon!

Spring into New Beginnings: An open house for new summer campers to learn more about the program and longtime camp supporters to meet our new staff and board members

 

Join us May 20th from 2-4 pm for our Spring Up to Camp open house! This is an opportunity for new potential campers to learn more about camp programming and tour the facilities. This is also an opportunity for camp supporters to come meet the new staff and board members, and learn more about what camp has in store for the upcoming summer and year! This is a free 2 hour event.
