INTERGENERATIONAL FAMILY/POD CAMP 

AND APPLE PIE DAY 2021

Join us on the mountain for Fall Fun For All Intergenerational Family/Pod Camp and Apple Pie Day 2021! This will be a fun social distanced event with some of Pilgrim Pines' favorite camp traditions and activities. Enjoy outdoor crafts, games, conversations, workshops, hikes, and other fun and meaningful activities with your family. You have the option to come up for the whole weekend or just join us for lunch, apple pie, and some fun activities on Apple Pie Day! We will be following ACA and CDC Covid 19 protocols and guidelines to make sure everyone is safe. We seek to create an inclusive community that nurtures and builds up relationships as we encourage care and concern for all God's creation.

COVID-19 PREVENTION

All campers/family or POD units will:

  • provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken 2-4 days before the start of camp for each member of your household/pod (regardless of vaccination status, due to the pervasiveness of the Delta variant and potential other variants of Covid-19, you must submit a negative covid test taken 2-4 days before the start of camp). All Apple Pie Day participants must also submit a negative covid-19 test (2-4 days prior to Oct. 9) regardless of vaccine status

  • have an emergency contact within 4 hours of camp forthe duration of the session for emergency immediate pick-up. 

  • commit to following social distance/mask protocols when leaving your pod only for essential errands and business for fourteen days prior to attending camp

  • agree to our mandatory face mask policy while at camp. Campers will be required to bring and wear a face mask, except when inside their assigned cabin or at their cabin’s assigned dining table. Campers should feel comfortable with long term mask wearing. No exceptions. Understand if the camper or anyone in their household is considered immunocompromised, we ask that you please consider not attending this event, or consult risks with a licensed physician.

4:45-5:15 pm: Closing Campfire!

5:15-5:30 pm: Goodbye Apple Pie Day Participants

7:30-8:15 pm: Variety Show

8:15-9:00 pm: Dance
